Team Development Assessments

At Brighter Strategies we believe that individual, team and organizational performance can be improved through the use of tried and tested psychometric assessments, such as the MBTI®, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), or the FIRO-B®. We believe these instruments provide a powerful method of predicting typical hard-wired behavior in people. Through either one-on-one coaching or in a group setting Brighter Strategies staff will work with each client to explore their natural preferences, understand differing operating styles, and promote healthy dialog to open lines of communication.

Selection and Development Models

The ASSESS Expert System is a fully web-facilitated, state-of-the-art system that links assessment feedback with competencies. As a comprehensive platform, ASSESS allows you to easily build a competency model, link to an existing model or choose one of our general models then immediately use competency-based assessment solutions to aid in the selection and development of managers and professionals.
